Terms of Use

1. Your Account and Use of Nubo

You can use core Nubo features without creating an account. Some features, including caregiver collaboration and backup and restore, may require sign-in through Apple, Google, or another supported provider. You agree to provide accurate information when you create or update a profile or account. You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure and for the activity that occurs through your account.

2. Baby Profiles, Logs, and Caregiver Sharing

Nubo lets you create baby profiles and log care events such as feeding, sleep, diapers, health notes, milestones, and reminders. If you invite caregivers, you choose to share the selected baby profile and related logs with those caregivers. Invited caregivers can view the shared baby profile and logs, create logs, and edit or delete logs. Only invite people you trust and remove access when it is no longer needed.

3. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Nubo may offer optional premium features. On iOS, Nubo may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Subscription options shown in the app include the subscription title, duration, price, and any free trial terms available at the time of purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions at Apple subscription settings.
• If a free trial is offered and you purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited where permitted by platform rules.

4. App Store License Terms

Nubo is distributed through third-party app stores and platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of Nubo may also be subject to the terms and policies of the platform where you downloaded the app.

For the iOS app, Nubo uses Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a separate custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. You can review Apple's standard terms at Apple Standard EULA.

5. Device-Based and Promotional Premium Access

Nubo may grant premium access through an active subscription, a connected Nubo device, a promotional trial, or another eligibility rule described in the app. These access methods may have different durations and may change over time. If premium access ends, premium features may become unavailable unless you start or restore an eligible subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Nubo, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems without permission, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use Nubo in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Voice and AI-Assisted Features

Nubo may include voice logging, text parsing, or AI-assisted features that help turn your input into structured baby care logs. These features are provided to make tracking easier, but you are responsible for reviewing entries for accuracy before relying on them or sharing them with caregivers.

8. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Your use of Nubo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information is stored on your device, what information may be processed when you use collaboration or backup features, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

Nubo may rely on services from Apple, Google, Firebase, app stores, cloud providers, analytics providers, or other third parties. For example, Nubo may use platform sign-in services, encrypted cloud backup storage such as iCloud or Google Drive, Apple Push Notification Service and Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, or diagnostics services that help us maintain app reliability. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

9. No Medical Advice

Nubo is a tracking and organization tool. Nubo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Information in Nubo, including baby care logs, reminders, charts, notes, summaries, and AI-assisted outputs, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always contact a healthcare professional with questions about your baby's health or medical care.

10. Changes to Nubo or These Terms

We may update Nubo, add or remove features, change premium offerings, or update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Nubo after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

11. Account Deletion and Termination

You may stop using Nubo at any time. You may delete baby profiles, logs, and account-related data through the app where those controls are available, or contact us for help. We may suspend or terminate access to Nubo if we believe these terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create risk for Nubo, other users, or our services.

12. Intellectual Property and User Content

Nubo, including its design, software, features, trademarks, and content, is owned by Clicksie LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Nubo only for your personal, non-commercial family care tracking.

You retain ownership of the baby profile information, logs, notes, photos, and other content you enter into Nubo. You grant Clicksie LLC permission to store, process, display, transmit, and sync that content as needed to provide Nubo features such as local tracking, caregiver collaboration, backup and restore, notifications, and support.

13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Nubo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicksie LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clicksie LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nubo.
